Lead and Customer Data
When our platform processes missed calls and SMS conversations on your behalf, we process contact information (phone numbers, names) and conversation content belonging to your leads and customers. This data is processed as a service provider on your behalf and subject to your instructions.

Lead and conversation data is retained for 12 months by default, configurable in your account settings. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
